Last year, Coats & Clark’s Red Heart Ambassador Coordinator, Kathleen Sams, had the opportunity to meet singer-songwriter, Josh Kelley. At that time Kathleen gave Kelley several scarves made from Red Heart® and Moda Dea® yarns which she later learned he had been wearing at his concerts.

Kathleen also presented a special Double Wedding Ring afghan to Josh which she had designed and crocheted as a gift for him and his bride-to-be, Katherine Heigl, the beautiful star of Grey's Anatomy. Kathleen received an email saying Katherine had loved the throw and that it was the couple’s first heirloom.

Kathleen has agreed to share her special design for the wedding ring afghan. It is the perfect wedding or anniversary gift.
