SLEEVE (Make 2): Ch 31 (34, 37, 40).
Row 1 (Right Side): Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across; turn – 29 (32, 35, 38) sts.
Row 2: Ch 3, skip first 2 dc, V-st in next dc, * skip next 2 dc, V-st in next dc; rep from * to last 2 sts; skip next dc, dc in top of ch-3; turn. Shape sides as follows:
Row 3: Ch 3, dc in first dc, dc in each dc and ch-1 sp to last st; 2 dc in top of ch-3; turn – 2 sts increased.
Row 4: Ch 3, skip first dc, dc in next dc, skip 1 dc, V-st in next dc, * skip next 2 dc, V-st in next dc; rep from * to last 3 sts; skip next dc, dc in next dc, dc in top of ch-3; turn.
Rows 5, 7: Rep Row 3.

Sleeve Ruffle-Rnd 1: With right side facing, attach yarn in seam at cuff; ch 1, sc in same sp, ch 2, skip next st, * sc in next st, ch 2, skip next st; rep from * around adjusting as necessary at end of rnd; join.
Rnds 2 and 3: Work same as Rnds 2 and 3 of Neck Ruffle.
