Ch 15.

Row 1 (Right Side): Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across; turn – 14 sc.

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc across; turn.

Rep Row 2 until 58" from beg, end wrong side row.

Fringe Row: * Sl st in next sc, ch 11, sl st in 2nd ch from hook and in next 9 ch; rep from * across. Fasten off.

With wrong side facing attach yarn in first st of beg ch; ch 1, sc in each ch across; turn –14 sc.

Rep Fringe row. Fasten off. Weave in ends.

MITTENS

SPECIAL ABBREVIATIONS:
Inc (increase) = work 2 sc in stitch indicated.
Dec (decrease) = draw up a loop in next 2 sc, yarn over and draw through all 3 loops on hook.
