Row 15 (19): Ch 1, sc in tr, * ch 2, [sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3] 4 times **, sc in ch-4 sp, ch 5, sc in ch-4 sp; rep from * to ch-7, end at ** AND work last ch as ch-2 instead of ch-3; sc in 4th ch of ch-7; turn.
Row 16 (20): Rep Row 6.
Rows 17-24 (21-28): Rep Rows 3-6. Fasten off.
FINISHING: Sew side and shoulder seams. Set in sleeves.
Edging/Buttonholes: With right side facing, join yarn in right front corner; ch 1, work sc evenly all around; join with a sl st in first sc. Mark right front edge for 4 buttonholes.
Next Rnd: Ch 1, [sc to marker, ch 2, skip next sc] 4 times, sc in each sc around, increasing or decreasing at shaped edges to keep work flat; join. Fasten off. Sew buttons to left front edge to correspond to buttonholes.
Sleeve Edging: With right side facing, join yarn at seam; ch 1, work sc evenly around; join to first sc.
Next Rnd: Ch 1, sc in each sc around; join. Fasten off. Weave in ends. |
