Row 6: Ch 1; [insert hook in next st and draw up a lp] twice, yo and draw through all 3 lps on hook – sc2tog made; sc in each sc to last 2 sts; sc2tog; turn – 54 sc.
Rows 7-10: Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in each sc to last 2 sts; sc2tog; turn – 46 sc at end of Row 10.
TIES-Left Tie-Row 1 (Wrong Side): Ch 1, sc in first 2 sts; turn, leaving rem sts unworked – 2 sc.
Rows 2-40: Ch 1, sc in 2 sc; turn.
Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Right Tie-Row 1: With wrong side facing, join CA in 2nd sc made on Row 10 of Sides; ch 1, sc in same st as joining, sc in next st; turn – 2 sc.

Fasten off. Weave in ends.
EYES (Make 2): With CB, ch 3; join with a sl st in first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 2: Join CC in any sc; ch 1, 2 sc in same sc as joining, 2 sc in each sc around; join – 12 sc. Fasten off CC.
Rnd 3: Join CA in any sc; ch 1, 2 sc in same sc as joining, sc in next sc, [2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc] 5 times; join – 18 sc.
Rnds 4 and 5: Ch 1, sc in each sc around; join.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, sc2tog over first 2 sc, sc in next sc, [sc2tog, sc in next sc] 5 times; join – 12 sc.
Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc2tog over first 2 sts, [sc2tog] 5 times; join – 6 sc. Stuff eye.
