Work even in pat until 21 (21½, 22, 22½, 23)" from beg, end wrong side row.
Shape Shoulders: Bind off 7 (7, 7, 8, 9) sts at beg of next 4 rows, then 6 (6, 8, 9, 9) sts at beg of next 2 rows.
Put rem 40 (44, 44, 44, 44) sts on a holder.

FRONT: Work same as Back until 3 (3, 3½, 3½, 4)" less than Back to shoulder shaping, end wrong side row.
Divide for Neck: Work in pat across 28 (28, 30, 33, 35) sts; turn. Dec 1 st at neck edge every row until 24 (24, 28, 31, 33) sts rem, then every right side row until 20 (20, 22, 25, 27) sts rem. Work even until same as Back to shoulder, end wrong side row.
Shape Shoulder: Bind off 7 (7, 7, 8, 9) sts at beg of next 2 right side rows. Work 1 row. Bind off rem 6 (6, 8, 8, 9) sts.
With right side facing, leave center 24 (28, 28, 28, 28) sts on a holder, join yarn to rem sts and work to end.
Complete to correspond to first side, reversing shapings.

SLEEVES: Cast on 44 (44, 52, 52, 52) sts.
Row 1 (Right Side): K4, * P4, K4; rep from * across.
Row 2: P4, * K4, P4; rep from * across.
Rep Rows 1 and 2 for rib pat, shaping sides by inc 1 st each end of 10th row, then every 10 (6, 8, 6, 4)th row until there are 60 (48, 70, 80, 74) sts, then every 12 (8, 10, 8, 6)th row until there are 64 (70, 76, 84, 92) sts, working added sts into rib pat. Work even until 17" from beg or desired sleeve length, end wrong side row.
Shape Cap: Keeping continuity of rib pat, bind off 3 (4, 4, 6, 6) sts at beg of next 2 rows. Dec 1 st each end of every right side row until 24 (28, 32, 40, 52) sts rem, then every row until 14 sts rem. Bind off in ribbing.

FINISHING-Turtleneck: Sew right shoulder seam.
With right side facing, pick up and K21 (25, 25, 25, 25) down left neck, work in pat across 24 (28, 28, 28, 28) sts on front holder, pick up and K20 (24, 24, 24, 24) sts up right neck, work in pat across 40 (44, 44, 44, 44) sts on back holder inc 1 st in last st – 106 (122, 122, 122, 122) sts.
Next Row (Wrong Side): K0 (3, 3, 3, 3), P5 (4, 4, 4, 4), K4, work in pat across 24 sts, [K4, P4] 3 (4, 4, 4, 4) times, K4, work in pat across 24 sts, [K4, P4] 2 (3, 3, 3, 3) times, K5 (3, 3, 3, 3).
