BODY (Worked in one piece to armhole):
Cast on 90 (100, 110, 120) sts. Knit 1 row, then join, being careful not to twist sts and place a marker before the join. Work in pat as follows:
Rnd 1: Purl.
Rnd 2: Knit.
Rnd 3: Purl.
Rnd 4: Knit, wrapping yarn twice around needle in every stitch.
Rnd 5: Purl, dropping extra wrap in every stitch.

Rep Rnds 2-5 for pat until approximately 161/2 (17, 171/2, 18)" from beg, end Rnd 3 at marker.

Divide for Back and Front: Work back and forth in pat in rows as follows:
Row 1 (Right Side): [Knit, wrapping each stitch twice] 45 (50, 55, 60) times for Back; TURN and put remaining sts on a holder for Front.
Row 2: Knit, dropping extra wraps – 45 (50, 55, 60) sts.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: Knit.

Rep Rows 1-4 until 8" above division, end Row 2.

Divide for Neck: Keeping continuity of pat, K14 (15, 16, 17) sts, turn and put remaining sts on a holder.
Next Row: Bind off 3 sts, K to end.
Next Row: Dec 1 st at end of row.
Next Row: Bind off 2 (2, 3, 3) sts, K to end.
Next Row: Dec 1 st at end of row – 7 (7, 8, 8) sts for shoulder. Work 1 row even. Bind off loosely.

With right side facing, leave center 17 (20, 23, 26) sts on a holder, attach yarn, K to end.
Next Row: Dec 1 st at end of row.
Next Row: Bind off 3 sts, work in pat to end.
Next Row: Dec 1 st at end of row.
Next Row: Bind off 2 (2, 3, 3) sts, work in pat to end – 7 (7, 8, 8) sts for shoulder. Work 1 row even. Bind off loosely.

With right side facing, attach yarn to 45 (50, 55, 60) sts on holder for Front and complete to correspond to Back.

SLEEVES: Cast on 32 sts. Knit 4 rows.
Row 1: Knit, wrapping each stitch twice.
Row 2: Knit, dropping extra wraps.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: Knit.

Rep Rows 1-4 for pat, shaping sides by inc 1 st each end of every 4th row until there are 50 sts. Work even until sleeve measures approximately 16" from beg, end Row 4. Bind off loosely.

FINISHING-Neck Edging: Sew shoulder seams. With right side facing, attach yarn at a shoulder seam; pick up and K14 sts to holder, K17 (20, 23, 26) sts from holder, pick up and K28 sts to next holder, K17 (20, 23, 26) sts from holder, pick up and K14 sts to seam – 90 (96, 102, 108) sts. Purl 3 rnds. Bind off purlwise.

Sew sleeve seams; set in sleeves.
