With CA, cast on 77 sts.
Row 1 (Wrong Side): K.
Rows 2 and 3: K.
Rows 4-7: With CB, K.
Rows 8-11: With CA, K.
Rep Rows 4-11 until 25" (63.5cm) from beginning, end by working 3 rows with CA. Bind off in K.
FRINGE: Cut 7" (17.75cm) lengths of yarn. Matching fringe color to stripe color, knot 3 strands of yarn at each end of stripes, approximately 1 stitch in from the edge: fold strands in half to form a loop, bring loop through the fabric to the wrong side, bring the ends of the strands through the loop, pull on the ends to tighten. Trim.
