Rows 6–9: [Rep Rows 4 and 5] twice.
Row 10: K1, P1, K14, change to CB, K1, change to CA, K14, P1, K1.

Trim: With CD and yarn needle or crochet hook, work chain stitches around inside edge of border, beginning at left side of tassel and ending at right side of tassel.
