BIB: With MC cast on 30 sts and knit 1 row Mark this row as the right side. Working in Garter st, inc 1 st each end of every row 6 times – 42 sts. Work even until 8” from beginning, end by working a wrong side row.

Divide for Neck/Left Strap: K15, turn and put remaining sts on a holder. Dec 1 st at beginning of next row, then at same edge every row until 9 sts remain. Work even until strap measures approximately 5”. Dec 1 st at each end of next 2 rows – 5 sts. Bind off.

Right Strap: With right side facing, bind off center 12 sts, K to end. Dec 1 st at end of next row, then at same edge every row until 9 sts remain. Work even until strap measures approximately 5”. Dec 1 st at each end of next row – 7 sts.
Next Row-Buttonhole Row: K2tog, K1, yo, K2tog, K2tog. Bind off.

FINISHING-Edging-Rnd 1: With right side facing and crochet hook, join CC and work sc evenly around entire outer edge and neck edge, working 3 sc in corners and in the buttonhole space, taking care to keep work flat; join with a sl st to first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc around and 2 sc in each corner st; join.
Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Sew button to end of left strap.

POLKA DOTS: Worked with crochet hook and your choice of crochet thread colors. Dots are worked in continuous rnds without joining. Mark last st of rnd with a safety pin to indicate end of rnd. Move pin up as each rnd is completed.

Extra-Large Polka Dot: Ch 3; join with a sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1: 6 Sc in ring; do not join.
Rnd 2: 2 Sc in each sc around – 12 sc.
Rnd 3: [Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times – 18 sc.
Rnd 4: [Sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times – 24 sc.
Rnd 5: [Sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times – 30 sc.
Rnd 6: [Sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times – 36 sc. Remove safety pin, sl st in next 2 sc. Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Large Polka Dot: Work same as Extra Large Polka Dot through Rnd 5. Remove safety pin, sl st in next 2 sc. Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Medium Polka Dot: Work same as Extra Large Polka Dot through Rnd 4. Remove safety pin, sl st in next 2 sc. Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Small Polka Dot: Work same as Extra Large Polka Dot through Rnd 3. Remove safety pin, sl st in next 2 sc. Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.

Arrange dots as desired and sew in place.
