E-mail photograph(s) of your entry with your name, complete mailing address and e-mail address to BurdaStyle: submissions@burdastyle.com or upload it as a project to the BurdaStyle website (http://www.burdastyle.com/). Please put “Pink & Red” in the subject line or title of the project, if this is not somewhere in the title, we cannot guarantee it will make it into the slideshow. All entries must be received between the dates of January 11 – January 31, 2010.

Winners will be notified via phone or e-mail on or before February 17, 2010. A list of winners will be announced on the BurdaStyle blog.
If there’s a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Challenge is open world-wide. Winners will not be provided travel or any expenses. If a winner would like to participate in person, it is up to the participant to provide his/her own transportation to the show. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Coats & Clark, BurdaStyle and the Sewing & Stitchery Expo, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, the independent judging organization and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted, except the sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize(s) constitutes permission for Coats & Clark, BurdaStyle and Sewing & Stitchery Expo to use the winner names and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner(s) agree(s) to hold Coats & Clark, BurdaStyle and Sewing & Stitchery Expo, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
