Stay at home and craft yourself a new wardrobe for the spring. The international fashion catwalks showed collections of homespun knits, hand-embroidered tops and dresses, and more.
At Prada, hand-knitted sweaters in colors of rust, chestnut and sand had raw edges in chunky yarn. Rodarte also picked up on the home-spun look, with threaded crochet and loose yarn patchworked garments and details, teaming cobweb patched-up knits were teamed with loose crochet hosiery.
Anna Sui hand embroidered folk detailing on her smock tops, jackets, skirts and jackets. Marc Jacobs found himself at home on the prairie, too, with checked blouses, straw hats, and cheesecloth scarves.
