PANDA: Following directions included with pom pon maker, (1) use yellow pieces to make two 3½" white pom pons (one for head and one for body); (2) use green pieces to make two 2½" black pom pons for legs; (3) use purple pieces to make two 1¾" black pom pons for arms; (4) use white pieces to make one 1" white pom pon for muzzle; (5) use white pieces to make two 1" black pom pons for ears.

Trim each pom pon until round. With hot glue, glue head and body together; glue on legs, arms, muzzle, and ears.

Cut two eye patches and one nose from black felt; cut tongue from red felt. With craft glue, glue wiggle eyes to tapered end of eye patches; glue patches to each side of muzzle as pictured. Glue nose to muzzle. Separate yarn strands on muzzle below nose and glue tongue in place.

TEDDY: Make same as Panda EXCEPT make all pom pons with linen and trim all pom pons ¼" smaller than above. Omit eye patches and glue wiggle eyes directly to head above muzzle. Cut tongue from pink felt and nose from black felt and glue as above.

LADYBUG: Following directions included with pom pon maker, (1) use green pieces to make one 2½" cranberry pom pon; (2) use white pieces to make one 1" black pom pon. Trim. Cut six ¼" round polka dots from black felt. With hot glue, glue head to body. With craft glue, glue eyes to head and polka dots to body; glue one strand of black worsted weight yarn down center of body to denote wings.

BLACK-EYED SUSANS: Following directions included with pom pon maker, use white pieces to make one 1" black pom pon for each flower. Trim. Cut flower from yellow-orange felt and 2 leaves from green felt. With hot glue, glue pom pon to center of flower, glue back of flower to chenille stem; glue leaves to chenille stem. With craft glue, glue eyes to pom pon.
