Row 1 (Right Side): (Hdc, sc) all in 3rd ch from hook, sc in each ch to last ch, (sc, hdc) all in last ch; turn – 17 sts.
Row 2: Ch 2, (hdc, sc) all in first st, sc in each st to last st, (sc, hdc) all in last st; turn – 19 sts.
Rep Row 2 until there are 31 sts.Work even in sc until 7" from beg, end wrong side row.
Divide for Neck:Work across first 12 sc; turn. Dec 1 st at neck edge on next 5 rows – 7 sc.Work 6 rows even in sc, end wrong side row.
Shape Tab: Ch 1, dec over first 2 sts, sc in next 4 sts, (sc, hdc) all in last st; turn – 7 sts. Next Row:Work even in sc.
Rep last 2 rows twice more. Now dec 1 st at each end of next 2 rows – 3 sts.
Next Row: Ch 1, draw up a lp in each of next 3 sts, yo and draw through all 4 lps on hook. Fasten off.
With right side facing, skip center 7 sc, attach yarn in next sc; ch 1, sc in last 12 sc. Dec 1 st at neck edge on next 5 rows.Work 6 rows even in sc, end wrong side row.

Complete to correspond to first tab EXCEPT do NOT fasten off. Edging: Ch 1, work sc evenly around entire edge of bib, taking care to keep work flat; join with a sl st to first sc. Fasten off. Attach White in any sc and work 1 rnd sc; join. Fasten off.
Sew snap sets to tabs. Sew ribbon rose at center front.
SHOES
Sole:With larger hook and Baby Pink, ch 9.
Rnd 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, 2 sc in next ch, sc in next ch, hdc in next 2 ch, dc in next 2 ch, 7 dc in last ch; working on opposite side of beg ch, dc in next 2 ch, hdc in next 2 ch, sc in next ch, 2 sc in next ch; join with a sl st to first sc – 22 sts.
Rnd 2: Ch 3, [2 dc in next sc] 3 times, dc in next 4 sts, [2 dc in next dc] 3 times, 3 dc in next dc, [2 dc in next dc] 3 times, dc in next 4 sts, [2 dc in next sc] 3 times; join to top of ch-3. Mark ch-3 as center back st. Fasten off.
Upper: Ch 24; join to first ch taking care not to twist ch.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in first 10 ch, [2 sc in next ch] twice, sc in next ch, [2 sc in next ch] twice, sc in last 9 ch; join with a sl st to first sc – 28 sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 8 sc, [2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc] twice, 3 sc in next sc, [sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] twice, sc in next 8 sc, 2 sc in last sc; join – 36 sc.
Rnds 3-5: Ch 1, sc in each sc around; join. Note: Next sc is the center back st of upper.
Rnd 6: With wrong sides of upper and sole together and matching each st, ch 1, sl st in each st around; join. Fasten off.
Strap-Right Shoe: Ch 13, with wrong side facing, sc in 5 sc BEFORE center back st, sc in center back st and next 5 sc; turn. Next Row: Ch 1, sc in next 11 sc, sc in each ch to end. – 24 sc. Fasten off.
Strap-Left Shoe:With wrong side facing, attach yarn in 5th sc BEFORE center back st; ch 1, sc in same sc as joining and next 10 sc, ch 14; turn. Next Row: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 12 ch, sc in each sc across – 24 sc. Fasten off. Sew a snap set to each strap and ankle.
